Course Enrollment Policy

Course enrollment is confirmed after required registration details and payment steps are completed. Course access, batch timing, duration and support details may vary based on the selected program.

Assessment Policy

The 1-1 Live Assessment is designed to evaluate communication level, gaps and improvement direction. It is guidance-based and does not guarantee a fixed result or admission outcome.

Payment Policy

Payments must be completed through approved Flunexa payment channels. Users should verify product name, price, duration and personal details before confirming payment.

Refund Policy

Assessment and course payments are generally non-refundable once booking, registration, course access, trainer allocation, batch processing or payment confirmation has started, unless Flunexa confirms otherwise in writing.

Privacy Policy

Personal information is used for enquiries, registrations, assessments, support, payment processing and service communication. Flunexa does not intentionally sell personal learner information to unrelated third parties.

Student Conduct

Learners are expected to communicate respectfully with trainers, support teams and fellow learners. Misuse, abusive behavior, disruption or violation of academy guidelines may affect service access.

Course materials, training content, worksheets, videos, documents, designs and learning resources shared by Flunexa are for enrolled learner use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.
